Monkey Tools - ILDA file creation and editing

• Removed the need for a Font file (not included in V1.2 ... but needed to save ILDA files correctly)
• Fixed the Delete and Cut features (previously would crash)

• Fixed saving of blanking properly (also loads properly too)
• Added the circle tool.
• Fixed the Undo so it does not crash. It effectively has 1 level of Undo... the second time you invoke undo you redo the undo.
• Start the application maximized

Previous History: This software was originally part of Box Laser Industries - Travis Hopkins (DJEthernet) set of software and was released as open source? at sometime.
